WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
After your payment is verified, your order will ship within 24 hours! Purchases made after 12 PM EST will be shipped out the next business day. Please allow 24 hours after shipping for order tracking information to go live.
CONCERNS ABOUT MY ORDER
I NEED TO CHANGE SOMETHING ABOUT MY ORDER. CAN I DO THAT?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please CONTACT US immediately. Unfortunately, once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes!
MY ORDER STATUS SAYS "UNFULFILLED". WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?
"Unfulfilled" just means that we successfully received your order, but it hasn't yet been shipped! Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number and your order status will change to "Fulfilled."
WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELED?
If your order was unexpectedly canceled, it might be because our fraud filter marked that order as fraudulent. If that is not true, please order again with a Paypal account. If you do not have Paypal, you can easily sign up at www.paypal.com
I RECEIVE A DAMAGED ITEM, WHAT DO I DO?

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?
Once you notify us that you would like a return, we'll email you a pre-paid return label within 24 hours.
Once your return has been received by the warehouse and it complies with our returns policy, we will refund you by your original payment method. Please be aware that payments can take up to 7 working days to process depending on your bank or payment provider. Free returns apply to all orders that were shipped with USPS First Class. Free returns does not apply to expedited shipping methods.
After we have issued the refund, it will take up to 3 business days for the funds to be placed back on your credit card or Paypal account.
