We'll happily provide a refund within 100 Days on your first CoreWear item. No questions asked!

What If I ordered a Pack?

No problem as long as you just tried on one item from the pack! The first item can be worn and still sent back for a refund. The remaining items may be returned as long as they have not been worn, washed or tried on.

At CoreWear, we are committed to your satisfaction. That's why we offer a 100 day trial period for all orders, giving you plenty of time to try out your new product and make sure it meets your needs. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 100 days of receiving your order for a refund. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@getcorewear.com to obtain a return authorization. Please note that the customer is responsible for paying for their own shipping labels and a return handling fee of $20 per item will apply, this applies for all order types. All returns must be in the original packaging and in the same condition as when they were received. Please note that in order for the pack to be eligible for return, no more than one item within the pack can have been tried on or worn. If more than one item in the pack has been tried on or worn, the pack will not be eligible for return. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet these requirements or are outside of the 100 day trial period. We understand that returns can be a hassle, which is why we strive to make the process as simple and straightforward as possible. Our customer service team is available to answer any questions you may have and assist you with your return. In the event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to request a replacement or refund.
